You’re very welcome. I can really sense the enthusiasm for what you practise through the way you articulate yourself in your writing. All of what you’ve said is valid, I think that the biggest problem people have is assuming that what works for them ought to work for everyone. If you feel energised by eating in the morning then it is probably a good indicator that your body responds well to fuelling itself at this time of the day! We’re all very heterogenous when it comes to our eating needs and behaviours. And that expression is very familiar to me, my mother is German and always would always preach the same. It must be a Northern European thing!
