That’s a nice hack you’ve laid out here Brett, particularly for people who don’t have daily exercise as one of their practises. The hardest part about instigating a new behaviour is the act of starting and committing to it. Once you get over the hill of doing it 20 or 30 so times consecutively, the practise turns from something you struggle to do to something that you simply do. You become the kind of of person that walks everyday and prioritises their health. The earlier we program these kinds of positive behaviours into our biological hardware the better off we will be. I think advice like this definitely helps. Peace.
