In my own life I have found that continuous personal growth is paramount to my happiness, fostering meaningful relationships and being a kinder, more understanding person in general. A year ago I was living abroad in China. I had no friends that spoke English as a first language and communicated with the friends I had only in Mandarin. I was lonely all the time but knew that this experience was vital to my development. A year later — back home — and I now have too many friends to count. I think a key reason for this is because I now have experiences and knowledge that can add value to these relationships, something that I owe directly to my focus on personal growth.

Another solid read Tony, thanks my man! Peace.
