I like the ‘hero’ component of your gratitude sheet Melody, very cool! I’ve come to express gratitude when I feel something that I am happy for or think about someone who’s actions have inspired myself or others. As soon as I catch myself thinking these things I try to either vocalize that I’m happy (even if it’s just me in my car), or call the person that has done something that I have thought is pretty great and simply tell them that. The responses I’ve gotten are amazing. Crazy how much people appreciate honest displays of gratitude and respect. And on that note…. I am grateful for this article, thanks Melody! Peace.
