I haven’t heard it phrased like this before, but feeling ‘insync’ is a good way to describe that feeling — the positive flow state that puts a bounce in your step and makes the sun feel a little brighter. Although the train might not always stop at your station, don’t you think that there are ways to optimize the railways to ensure that it does so more regularly? Getting the right amount of sleep, proper nutrition, challenging yourself physically, meditation and cultivating healthy relationships have all contributed to my feeling insync a lot more of the time.
