Hey there Marla thanks for the read. Glad to see someone else exposing the blatant lies that we’ve been fed (mind the pun) over the years. I’m still hard pressed to convince my parents that substantial salt intake can be beneficial for your health so long as you’re not getting this salt from processed sources. The demonisation of both salt and saturated fat has been so successful over the decades that I feel like many people from older generations will never relinquish the fear that eating too many eggs will make you drop dead. Same goes for the mentality that not eating the prescribed three meals will cause you to enter starvation mode. This is despite all of the evidence suggesting that fasting is a vital component of living a healthy and long life. Peace.
